The Villani D

The Villani D is a Mahogany dreadnought in the classic Martin D-18 style. The soundboard is an exceptional piece of European bearclawed spruce from Woodsound Studio in Rockport, ME. It's mate is on the Koa Chaco OM. The neck is semi-carved Honduran mahogany, with ebony fingerboard and cat-eye fret markers. Cocobolo bindings, peghead veneer and rosette with abalone purfling. Ebony bridge and Gotoh 510 tuners. This guitar is also fitted with an LR Baggs Anthem pickup. This is a fine example of a full sounding, balanced, mahogany dreadnought.
